ALLaM is a sovereign bilingual large language model for Arabic and English, developed as part of a national AI initiative. The model demonstrates state-of-the-art performance on Arabic language benchmarks while maintaining competitive English capabilities. ALLaM has been integrated into IBM Watsonx and Microsoft Azure platforms.
